Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your hot sauce, but due to the perishable nature of food items, we can only accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately for a full replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the unopened items.
- 2.Documentation
For damaged goods, please attach clear photos of the broken bottles and the shipping packaging to expedite your claim.
- 3.Ship Items Back
Once approved, securely pack the unopened sauces and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
